Sentry Strategy ("Sentry", "we", "us") is a United States advisory firm that provides accounting, finance, transaction, technology, strategic and digital-marketing advisory services to small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and through the internal tools we operate for our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: 10 September 2026.
Privacy Policy
When you contact us through a form on this site, book a call, or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. Our contact forms are processed by Formspree and our booking links by Calendly, each under their own privacy policies. We also collect standard website analytics through Google Analytics (page views, approximate location, device and browser type) using cookies. You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings.
We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, to schedule and hold meetings, to deliver the services you engage us for, and to send you information you have asked for. We use analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
As part of our advisory work we operate internal tools that connect to our clients' business systems, including Google services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Gmail and Google Drive, only with the account owner's authorisation. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the services the client has engaged us for. We do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide those services or as required by law. We do not use it for advertising. No person reads it except with the client's consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or for internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymised. Clients can revoke our access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (for example website hosting, form processing, scheduling, email and cloud storage providers), with professional advisers where necessary, and where required by law or to protect our rights. Each provider may use the information only for the services it provides to us.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet our legal and professional obligations, and to resolve disputes. We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and least-privilege access for our staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, which we will honour. Where we act as a service provider to a client, we will refer your request to that client.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
